This year, SAP Summit 2007 (Singapore) was held at Suntec International Convention & Exhibition Centre, on July 31, 2007, attracting quite a handful of participants. The topic for this year's SAP Summit was "Business at the Speed of Change".

With the theme "Business at the Speed of Change", this event delegated the discovery of how businesses are undergoing profound changes faster than ever and the need for organizations to seize the opportunities these changes present, and adapt their business models to capture new competitive advantages.

ObTech, being SAP's Gold Partner, was one of the key participants at the event. During the one-day session, many interested visitors came by our booth and was entertained by the cheerful and ever-ready ObTech personnel and our 'Weighty Guess contest', which allowed the lucky person to win our top prize of S$800 travel voucher.

The summit was a great opportunity for ObTech to showcase the VertiCore product and our newly integrated solution for the retail industry - SAP B1 / iVend. Colin Chen, Consulting Manager, and Wayne Koh, Business Consultant from the Singapore Business One team also gave a splendid track - Delivering Success for Retail Business through New Age Integration - at the SAP Business Forum for SMEs.
